Office Manager
Must be mature, polished, accomplished professional with excellent
interpersonal and
computer skills, experienced administrative manager with at least 5
years experience in
office management/human resources to work for innovative cutting edge

areas of medi-spas, resort
development, alternative healing, law, real estate, public relations
and/or publishing preferred.
Self-starter, team player; must project a positive business image, and

Eco-Building Project Manager
Experience at eco-building residential, resort and commercial projects,
managing eco-project teams, securing resources, controlling project
scope,
and managing risks. The ideal candidate will also establish and
administer
budgets, schedules, authorize expenditures and report on
project performance. Must actively participate in hiring and performance
review of project staff in conjunction with management.

Universal Archives are a
rare and unsurpassed collection of sacred knowledge that she has scribed

Computer Technical Assistant
We are looking for full-time computer/technical support to assist
our IT Director in a
publishing environment. Must be able to work in an Apple OSX Environment
as well as
Microsoft Windows. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Duties include setup
and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, provide
technical support to
the staff and other duties as assigned. Background with database systems
and web design
applications a plus. Also, proficiency with FileMakerPro and Dreamweaver

Web Developer
Join our production team and bring your creativity to new levels.
Develop and design web
applications and web sites. Create and specify architectural and

and digital media. Manage web environment design, deployment,
development and
maintenance activities. Perform testing and quality assurance of web

Estate/Home Manager
A golden opportunity for the mature perfectionist! Full scale manager of
an estate and
home needed . Surya Ma is looking for the right mix of global intellect,
maturely grounded,
professional mannered, compassion centered and spiritually minded.
The Estate/home manager is responsible for running a private estate on
Flathead Lake.
The applicant must have formal training and previous experience as a
household/estate
manager of an estate of this size. Must have a broad base knowledge
relating to general
household management duties. Must be polished in mannerism and grooming,
well versed
in gracious living, experienced supervising housekeeping staff,
caterers, culturally diverse
guests, gourmet-healthy food service, property, aquatic and wardrobe
maintenance as well
assisting with the daily activities of the owner and her family.

Professional Organizer and Personal Assistant
We have an immediate opening for a polished, creative
professional to assist in the set-up
and organization of a new waterfront estate and VIP spa project. This
initial position could
become a long-term, well-paid, full-time position with benefits for the
right person.
Must have strong administrative and organizational skills and the
ability to accurately
inventory an extensive household. Interior decorating skills and spa and
healing industry
experience a plus.
Professional Housekeeper
We are looking for a full charge, top-notch, house-keeper with
heart and integrity to
organize, clean and maintain our Lakeside Montana waterfront home at a
5-star level of
guest services.
CAN START IMMEDIATELY. Must be well groomed, professional, focused and
trustworthy. Surya Ma’s adobe is an organic, health conscious house-hold
for guests and
kids and grandkids that visit each week. Must organize and supervise
bringing new home
into beautiful order and smooth function. Must be familiar with
eco-cleaning approaches
and willing to use eco and organic cleaning products. Full-time, year
