" join you in this hour of personal response, as all the world is brought to the very threshold of the greatest decisions that has ever faced humanity. As you may also very well feel, there can be no hesitation; there can be no delay. The steps must now be taken, to prepare in no uncertain terms for the coming years of unprecedented planetary change and upheaval. I too have stepped forward to assist in the formation of a new era of global guardianship. From the wellspring of benevolent counsel, I seek to join those who gather together for the sole purpose of selfless service to the welfare of future generations.

In our hands rests the ability to shape this millennia. Now more than at any other time in the history of our planet, we must rise into the great wisdom of our Creator. Our choice is two-fold; to work towards abundance and opportunity for all humanity, or to blindly accept a path of no return. In our left hand lies the path of continued insensitivity and the refusal of our own inborn decency. In our right hand lies the ability to change the world, to resolve differences and to uplift the quality of life for all nations. One hand closes the door to our own survival. The other hand opens the golden gates to a new era of human potential.

Certainly it must be realized that pivotal events of world crisis are steadily moving toward inevitability. As a "seer" I have the responsibility to put forth the message, that these historic events will affect every nation and all human life, as we have known it and global circumstances will be altered irreversibly. As many agree, this circumstance cannot be expressed in any less simple or cautionary terms. As a visionary, as a humanitarian and guardian soul, I must put forth the call for wise and intelligent preparation to be orchestrated at the highest levels of full implication and impact.

As the factor of global stability is increasingly compromised, we will be called to provide the necessary provisions that will see the world through what lies ahead. Most of us instinctively sense the magnitude of this tremendous challenge. For those of us who are Americans, we are soon called to the aid of our country during its greatest time of need, for indeed America will face the day when her vulnerability will be all but overwhelming. For those of us who are part of the growing international community, we are soon called to face malevolent forces with true remedy, and world crisis with the immediate and long term solutions that will bring balance to imbalance, and wise leadership to the perversity of short sighted gain. As the United States rebounds through the virtue of new premise, the United Nations must also be reconvened in its original purpose, to bring a true coalition of resources to the ensuing unstable and tenuous world conditions.

With the inevitability of the coming times made clear,
it must also be said that simultaneous to great challenge will be unprecedented opportunity. As malevolence seeks its uncertain course, turnkey and timely breakthroughs in every sector of human affairs will flourish, wherein benevolence seeks its certain outcome. A virtual flowering of wondrous discoveries will abound, as the secrets of the ages become the miracles of the future, wherein spirit and science find their true and most purposeful partnership. As the human mind is uplifted to universal premise, the inherent creative function within our cosmos will be revealed. A new era of global prosperity will indeed begin, as the ancient keys to benevolent manifestation usher forth long awaited advances for humankind. Great light will be shed upon the essential elements of life that will inform, shape and further our global existence, in a virtual flooding of illumination into every aspect of planetary viability.

Sustainability will become a necessary premise of global governance, applied to all aspects of our shared earthly biosphere. Our collective decision to protect and uphold the spiritual nature within all life, will serve as the catalyst to free the human soul to truly create new paradigms from which our scientific, educational, environmental, financial, healthcare and social realities can be both radically and wisely transformed. It is these turnkey sectors and functions of existence that I have been prepared to assist to uplift, not only for sake of planetary survival, but also to ignite a new era of prosperity and well-being.

Know that this time of decision calls for our personal best, our very best. When our children and grandchildren look back on this time of decision, what will they say; what will they conclude? Did we close the door of our hearts at our great moment of defining decision or did we recognize the supreme power of choice that opens the golden gates to a new beginning, a new way of thinking, a new threshold of possibility?

The wealth of the human spirit and our innate ingenuity to rise to every challenge remains our only hope. I invite you to become a living legacy for positive change of the most noble kind. All wisdom and integrity, expertise and ability, intelligence and aptitude, personal and philanthropic wealth is called to the fore. I offer my life, my being and my wealth to work cooperatively with all those who seek to manifest the premise of global guardianship among peoples and nations for a sustainable and promising earthly existence. Indeed this is a time of incomprehensible change and challenge, but it is also one that offers us the promise of unlimited possibilities for a golden age of world benefit.

The fate of future generations is in our hands. Let this moment in our lives be remembered as the time of the "Great Decision" that unleashed the power of the human heart. We are called to a new nobility of leadership and integrity. We are called to our deepest humanity. This is our collective opportunity.
