Claims made by Pat Cole against
Surya Ma do not hold ground
Please be assured that recent attempts to discredit, slander and
threaten Dr. Devra Patton West, "Surya Ma" and her family members are rapidly
being exposed and duly brought to the attention of authorities. Petition filed by Pat Cole
against Surya Ma has been dismissed. At no time, has Dr. Devra West, Surya Ma has been
found guilty of assault, nor has she been sentenced to 6 months probation for any wrong
doing, as claimed by John Watson in recent e-mails and postings on his websites.
The misprint in the Montana local newspaper
"The Whitefish Pilot," has been
corrected to restate that the legal petition filed by Pat Cole has been dismissed and will
not be dignified by being heard by the courts. The dismissal was granted in line with an
utter lack of supporting evidence for the implausible claims that she made, and the
overwhelming evidence which exposes what is believed to be a financial fraud and
conspiracy attempt on the part of Pat Cole. It is also believed that this mean-spirited
ploy was authored by John Watson, who transparently colluded with Cole as a cover up for
Cole's financial mismanagement and fraud of over $1.3 million dollars. It appears that he
sought to use Pat Cole's ploy, to further his own extortion scam to extract a fraudulent
financial windfall from what he believes to be Surya Ma's ample coffers, due to his
assumption of an inheritance received by Surya Ma from her father's passing last winter.
The amateur smokescreen that sought to portray Cole as a victim, when in reality Cole
heartlessly abused Surya Ma's enormous generosity and trust, was perpetrated during a time
period when Surya Ma was unable to supervise her affairs due to her devotion to her father
John Patton, who suffered a year-long battle with cancer and subsequently passed away, as
well as her attendance to the needs of her son who was severely injured in auto accident
and has required ongoing rehab. Those of us who have witnessed the extensive evidence of
Cole's irregularities, are appalled at Cole's shocking scope of deception and are more
than willing to lend any support needed, to see that Surya Ma is fully vindicated, All
religious prejudice stirring up local sentiment by Cole's scam that brands Surya Ma as a
cult leader, is being vigorously rebutted.
The ongoing harassment that Surya Ma has endured, has become more than transparent to
authorities, as being evident of an extortion scam on the part of John Watson and a
handful of sordid supporters, who have used the sensationalist tactic of calling her a
cult leader, even though no cult, no compound, no religious group and no questionable
organization of any kind has ever existed. Surya Ma has no interest in anything of this
nature and lives a very quiet life in relative seclusion. Those who have been a part of
the financial fraud perpetrated against Surya Ma or in any way have mislead state and
federal agencies will be held accountable for their actions and severe error in judgment.
It is beyond despicable that John Watson's escalations have now extended to making threats
on Surya Ma's life, as well as launching an unwarranted, and abusive campaign of
harassment and slander upon her children and young grandchildren. There is no doubt on the
part of witnesses and observers of this travesty, that his obsession has now reached fully
psychotic proportions and warnings have been issued on the part of healthcare
professionals that he is delusional and very likely dangerous. Rest assured however, that
the truth will rise, justice will be done, and those who have master minded this attack on
Devra Surya Ma and her family will each be prosecuted, putting the entire matter to rest.
We thank your for your support and trust that your discernment will be withstanding in
knowing the difference between the truth of Surya Ma's inability to participate in the
profane claims that have been made and the scams and ranting of those whose greed and
self-aggrandizement have led them to not only disregard common decency, but also desecrate
themselves in the process.
To her enormous credit, Devra Surya Ma has not responded to the attacks with any manner of
commentary to either Cole or Watson and maintains her entire focus on her service work and
positive endeavors.
